Posting rules

General rules

One ad — one item, service or job. Similar small items can be grouped into a set (for example, kids' clothes of one size).
Only real photos of what you are selling — up to 5.
Title — up to 200 characters, description — up to 600. Mention the condition, size and any defects.
Price — a number, in Serbian dinars (RSD) or euros (EUR). Giving something away for free? Enter 0 and choose the “Free stuff” category.
Choose the right category and the city closest to you.
The contact comes only from Telegram: your username and/or the phone number linked to your account. You cannot enter someone else's contact.
Tick the languages buyers can contact you in.

If your ad is rejected, the bot sends you the reason — fix the ad and send it for review again with the “📤 Send for moderation” button.

An ad is listed for 30 days and then removed automatically — the bot will let you know.
You can edit or delete your ad at any time: the /myads command in the bot.
Any edit of a published ad takes it down until a moderator reviews it again.

We do not post to Facebook ourselves: the bot prepares a “package” — text, price, category and photos — and you can publish it under your own name, from your own Facebook account.
Facebook reviews listings under its own rules. Marketplace does not accept services, jobs or animals — there is no Facebook button for these categories.
At least one photo is required. Facebook titles are limited to 100 characters: if yours is longer, the bot shortens it and tells you.
Facebook uses the currency from your account settings — convert the price if needed.
After publishing, send the bot the link to your Facebook listing — it will appear next to your ad in notifications.
Sold the item or deleted the ad here? Remember to delete it on Facebook too — we cannot do that for you.

An approved ad is automatically posted to our Viber channel as well — once, on its first publication.
Viber gets the first photo and a short text (a long description is cut) with a link to the ad on the website, where the full version and the seller's contact are.
Viber does not let us edit or delete posts. If you edit your ad, the old post stays in Viber while the link shows the current version. When an ad is taken down or deleted, the Viber post stays, but the link shows that it is no longer available.
You cannot post an ad through Viber — only through our Telegram bot.
